Warranty & RMA

All Posbank products directly purchased from Posbank are covered by warranty. The Posbank products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a certain period from the date of purchase.

General Warranty

The products purchased directly from Posbank are provided with 3-year limited warranty. The warranty is limited to ordinary defects and covers standard repairs and product exchange. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase.

Warranty Procedure

Contact Posbank to request for RMA and RMA number. Email the RMA request from to Posbank and return the RMA units. The skilled experts from Posbank Repair Center will throughly inspect, diagnose, repair and clean the RMA units.

Warranty Exceptions

The warranty is voided if the products are under the following situations:
– Products that are not manufactured by Posbank
– Products with Warranty Void seal broken
– Products that are modified without prior authorization by Posbank
– Products with failure or malfunction caused by man-made damages or improper use

Posbank provides RMA service to products manufactured and sold by Posbank when the product malfunctions due to defective parts within the warranty period. Simply follow the RMA procedure below.

Step 1. Request

Fill out the RMA request form. And email it to Posbank.

Step 2. Confirmation

The RMA units will be confirmed after checking whether they are in or out of warranty.
Labor or material cost on the units out of warranty will be informed to the customer.

Step 3. Inspection

Final RMA request form will be sent to the person in charge after inspecting the units to be repaired or replaced.

Step 4. Repair

After through inspection, returned units will be repaired or replaced with a new one.
Proforma Invoice will be sent to the customer if additional charge occurs due to repair or replacement.
The repaired or replaced units will be back to the customer.

Step 5. Closure

After returning to the customer and getting a confirmation from the customer that the units are in good condition, Posbank closes the RMA procedure.
